        Will it fit my car's vents? +
        Yes, for the vast majority of cars. The soft silicone-coated clip grips most horizontal vent blades, including slat and round-style vents, and holds firm around corners and over bumps. If your vents are an unusual shape and it won't sit right, let us know within 30 days and we'll sort a refund or replacement.
        Do I need to add water? +
        No. The Aura Mini is completely waterless. Its nano-mist technology atomises the fragrance oil directly, so the scent is never watered down and there's nothing to fill from the tap and nothing to slosh around while you drive.
        How does it turn on and off? +
        Tap the button once to start it. Its Smart Scenting mode senses your car's ignition and automatically switches on when you start the car, then powers down when you switch off, so it's never misting into an empty car. There's an auto shut-off too, so you never have to think about it.
        How long does a scent bottle last? +
        Each 5ml bottle lasts weeks with normal daily driving. On the lower setting it only sips oil, so the six bottles in the box keep most drivers going for months before a top-up. It stops on its own when a bottle runs dry, so there's nothing to wake up and deal with.
        How do I charge it, and how long does a charge last? +
        It recharges over USB-C with the included cable and runs for up to 50 hours on a single charge. For most people that's a couple of weeks of commuting between top-ups, and you can always charge it in the car if you need to.
        Will it leak or make a mess in my car? +
        No. It's spill-proof and sealed, built for bumps, corners and speed humps. There's no water tank to slosh and no oily liquid to drip onto your vents or console. If you ever get genuine leaking from the unit, that's a fault and we'll replace it.
        Is it loud while I'm driving? +
        No. It runs whisper-quiet at under 25dB, with no motor hum and no high-pitched squeal, so you'll never hear it over the road. If you ever do hear an unusual sound, that's a sign of a fault, not normal operation, and we'll replace it under warranty.
        Can I use my own essential oils? +
        Yes. The Aura Mini works with any essential or fragrance oil, so you're never locked in. It comes with six signature scents to get you started, and more scent bottles are available separately. The only ones to avoid are thick, resin-based oils like undiluted myrrh, as they can clog the atomiser over time.
        Is it safe with kids, babies and pets in the car? +
        Yes, with a little common sense. All six of our signature scent oils are IFRA compliant, meaning they meet the international safety standards for fragrance use, and the waterless nano-mist is light and subtle rather than overpowering. For young kids, babies or pets, we'd suggest running it on the lower setting with a little airflow so the scent stays gentle, and a car is a small space, so if anyone seems bothered, just switch it off or crack a window. One thing to keep in mind: if you swap in your own essential oils, some (such as tea tree, eucalyptus or citrus) can be strong for pets, especially cats, so stick to milder oils or our included scents when little ones or animals are travelling with you.
        Can I buy more scents when I run low? +
        Yes. Replacement scent bottles are sold separately, so you can restock your favourites or try something new whenever you like. And since it takes any oil, you can also use fragrance oils you already own.
        Will the clip scratch or damage my vents? +
        No. The clip is soft silicone, so it grips without marking or scratching your vent blades, and the unit is light enough that it won't drag your vents down. It stays put without leaving a trace.
        What if it stops working or breaks? +
        You're covered by a 12-month warranty. If it stops misting, makes an odd noise, or has any defect within that time, contact us and we'll replace it with no lengthy back and forth. You're also protected under Australian Consumer Law. We're an Australian-owned brand and we stand behind what we sell.
        How is this different from a cheap clip-on or a cardboard tree? +
        Three things: it lasts, it doesn't leak, and it smells real. Cheap fresheners fade in days, leak oily liquid onto your vents, and give off that heavy artificial smell.
